Training in the ways of Shaolin can be described
as action meditation – seeking to obtain
enlightenment through the experience
of movement and action.

 

Guiding students to achieve peace and happiness
and a balance between stillness and movement
(Yin and Yang)
through the training disciplines of Shaolin
– Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong.
