The Evolution of Personal Training
At Shaolin Monk Martial Arts – Sutherland Shire we train physical and mental health through the teachings of Traditional Shaolin Temple Martial Arts – Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Meditation to be healthy in mind, body and spirit.
Shifu Peter is a 33rd Generation Traditional Shaolin Temple Disciple with a background in Personal Training. Our training focuses on self defence, strength, conditioning, cardio, flexibility and mental health.
All can benefit from the training of Traditional Shaolin Temple Martial Arts, no matter what your age, gender or skill level.
The only way to become proficient in Shaolin is through hard work and discipline.
