The Evolution of Personal Training
At Traditional Shaolin we train physical and mental health through the teachings of Traditional Shaolin Temple Martial Arts – Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qi Gong to be healthly in mind, body and spirit.
Shifu Peter is a 33rd Generation Traditional Shaolin Temple Disciple with a background in Personal Training. Our training focuses on self defence, strength, conditioning, cardio and flexibility.
All can benefit from the training of Traditional Shaolin Temple Martial Arts, no matter what your age, gender or skill level.
The only way to become proficient in Shaolin is through hard work and discipline.
